Front Gate
At the front of our Virtual Showhouse we have an ADT Autogate System, which is operated by remote control. A reliable state-of-the-art system that is ISO 9001 certified. It ensures only friendly entry into the compound of your home.
Compound
 When you enter into our Virtual Showhouse Compound, you can see that it is protected by Perimeter Beam Protection. These Dual-beam units are wall or pole mounted and reliable in any weather condition. An invisible Perimeter Beam detects intruders who come within a protected area.
Roof
A Motion Sensor Detector (placed on the roof) detects movement on a roof, rear entrances, stairways or a room. Using Passive Infra Red technology, these Motion Sensor Detector can detect movements in a 50 m range.
Entrance
At the compound of our Virtual Showhouse is additionally protected by a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) which provides visual detection and documentation.
Entry into our Virtual Showhouse is only possible through a Card Access System. Authorised people are given a smart card which is swiped or placed on the card access system to electronically open doors.
Unauthorised people or burglars who try to go in unlawfully will trigger the alarm system therefore sending a signal to the control panel which will sound the alarm. The Siren Box alarm will sound, along with a red flashing light to scare away the burglars.
Main Hall
 Upon entering the Main Hall of our Virtual Showhouse, we have a Digital Keypad to switch on or switch off the alarm. By just punching in a code number, we'll be able to switch on a certain protected area only.
Here, we show you our Motion Sensor Detector that is the same as the one on the roof. We place it at the upper corner of a room so that the infra red sensor can cover the whole room and detect any movements.
On the top of the door leading to our Main Room, we place Door Contacts to detect a break-in and a Vibration Sensors on the windows to detect break-ins through vibrations of grilled windows and glass doors.
Main Room
Our Main Room which is one of the important place in our home, where we keep our valuable belongings. We have a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) to monitor the room 24 hours a day.
We also have a Smoke Detector to detect fire in the room. It is better to detect fire in the early stages of smoke.
A 24 hour Panic Button can be placed here or anywhere in the house for Online help. Push a button and hold for two seconds to notify our Central Monitoring Station of an emergency.
